The workshop Flapless Sonic Crown Lengthening for Aesthetic Ceramic Restorations introduces a minimally invasive technique using Komet Sonicline instruments and the Soniflex handpiece to optimize gingival architecture around anterior adhesive restorations. Participants will progressively develop tactile control of the sonic inserts, first on bone models and then through flapless gingivectomy and crown lengthening on animal jaws. Subsequent flap elevation will allow direct verification of osteoplasty and suturing practice. The protocol aims to shorten healing time, reduce postoperative discomfort, protect root surfaces, and facilitate integration with the restorative workflow.

Workshopul Alungirea coronară sonică flapless pentru restaurările ceramice estetice prezintă o tehnică minim invazivă realizată cu instrumentele Komet Sonicline și piesa Soniflex pentru optimizarea arhitecturii gingivale în zona restaurărilor anterioare. Participanții vor dobândi progresiv controlul tactil al inserturilor, inițial pe modele osoase, apoi prin gingivectomie și alungire coronară flapless pe mandibule animale. Ridicarea ulterioară a lamboului va permite verificarea osteoplastiei și exersarea suturii. Protocolul urmărește reducerea timpului de vindecare și a disconfortului, protejarea suprafețelor radiculare și integrarea eficientă cu etapele restauratoare.
